Does everyone have access to the jacuzzi area?

Thank you for the comment. I am so sorry to tell you, but only hotel guests have an access to the jacuzzi. There is no way to regulate the temperature of the water and it is like a mini pool.

What kitchenware is provided?

We have a kitchenware prepared inside the room. Refrigerator, electric kettle, microwave, IH heater, cutting board, knife, frying pan, plates, cutlery set, spatula and drinking glass.

Do you have non-smoking rooms?

All of our rooms are non-smoking.

Hi, do all the rooms has a jacuzzi as shown in the pictures?

Jacuzzi is only in the Jacuzzi area.　There is no room with a jacuzzi.

Clean, comfy place to enjoy your time in Okinawa.

Rooms were clean, comfy and well decorated! Washer and dryer came in useful and nice to have the fully equipped kitchen (although we didn’t use it). Location was great, right next to the sea, dive shops and restaurants!

No cleaning in the room during our stay, but this was not a problem, was already communicated in the listing. Can grab fresh towels and anything you need from the front desk if needed. For factor, that I think the price is a bit expensive though.

Fantastic place to stay in Okinawa!

Great location. Fantastic that they even had a washer and dryer in the room. Very convenient when we are out to the beach and have wet clothes when we come back. Right next to the beach area so it's a very nice walk and we could even walk to the American Village.

Overall I liked this hotel the best in the area for price, amenities, location, and comfort

The property is close to kadena and to the sea wall where you can run, watch divers and surfers, walk around at low tide to see the sea creatures. The double bed is my favorite. It is so comfortable. There is a hot plate, microwave, and small fridge so when I got tired of eating out for a month I could cook some real food up. Staff is so friendly, they speak English, Japanese and a couple other languages!

The parking situation is kinda of wierd. You will be asked to turn your keys in because there is limited space for parking. I don’t really like the idea of someone driving my car. I mean i understand it but still I wish there was a better option.

So cute and quaint! Love the theme. Super clean. Insane low price. Literally the best low price room I've ever had!

Couldn’t ask for more - top service, top location and top facilities!

The staff were incredibly helpful. We speak very little Japanese (from Australia)and they assisted us in not only our hotel elements, but also navigating out 12 days in Okinawa with restaurant reservations, using the postal system and more. The location is brilliant - incredibly close to the Seawall for some great walks, it’s also walking distance to the American Village, and there’s a number great restaurants and cafes nearby. During our 12 days, we were recommended 4 places to eat - it turns out they were all within a 2 min walk of The Moana! The in room laundry facilities and kitchenette were also very handy. The room was also a generous size.

There was nothing - we’ll definitely be back.

We would have liked to take the bikes out past 8pm, it was a bit of a rush to bring them back after dinner.

The highlight of our trip to Okinawa was the accommodation

The most comfortable bed we have ever slept in! Very clean The little breakfast The free bikes were just the highlight, as hiring a car was impossible a mode of transport is badly needed Comfortable sized room We never heard four neighbours, excellent sound insulation or just good room organisation Very attentive staff

A pot to cook with would have been great (there was only a frying pan) A drying rack just to hang out clothes which were not tumble dryer friendly Hooks to hang jackets or bath towels would have been helpful The view of the sea was blocked by electricity poles which was a shame but we loved the room so much it was not the end of the world The island was a disappointment, sadly we would not come again

Great location, great stay!

The staff was very welcoming. The room was small but super cute. I really liked that it had a washer/dryer and a microwave. You honestly don’t see too many microwaves in hotel rooms anymore especially in Japan so that was good to have!

Will Highly recommend.

Each rooms were equipped with a mini kitchen and washer dryer, which is great for long stay. The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I’ve slept on even compare to other high end hotel. Each room also has a balcony and nice new furniture. The place easy really cute.

The hot tub is never hot or warm lol.

Excellent.

The room was clean. The staff were polite and helpful, they were quick to respond to my messages and were kind enough to help me out with different requests. They even provide bicycles so I could explore the neighbourhood.
